We are an intimate, forward thinking, contemporary design-based construction company. Specializing in the development of modern, beautiful spaces by either complete new build or imaginative re-development of an existing property.

We start at the very beginning and literally handle everything from the outset, removing any stresses and uncertainty from the process. The construction of a new home is of undeniable importance and should indeed be an enjoyable one, we love what we do and wish our clients to feel the same about their Project.

Our greatest advantage is that we design the concept along with our architects and physically build the project ‘in-house’, thus maintaining complete control over the process. We know what will make financial, practical and aesthetic sense with your brief always in mind. Our hard earned experience of this ‘big-picture’ thinking, brings about a much greater chance of the client fulfilling their requirements and within the pre-determined budget.

Most savings are made at this critical conceptual, design phase. We love to make ‘beautiful’ and ‘sexy’, but only if it makes financial, practical and aesthetic sense.

Along with the ‘in-house’ construction service, we also provide a number of investment opportunities. Through local knowledge and contacts we have managed to source many properties in need of renovation and could be converted into very sellable homes.
In addition, multiple plots for larger scale investments or collaborations with ourselves. We will not promote units or plots that come with inherent issues, all will be vetted and considered before its marketed.
We can project manage your investment, dealing and liasing with professionals, Town hall, architects and supply our labour force to complete the works, upon which they can will be marketed by our company.
Essentially, we try to remove the pit-falls and stress from the process offering transparency and a clearly defined objectives, with the experience and local knowledge to safely back it up
In dealing directly with our office, we remove the necessity for you to:
• Find the investment whether that maybe a small parcel, large multiple plot or renovation projects
• Create the optimal design and seek planning permissions with the town hall
• Undertake ground surveys and vet the investment
• Find a builders to construct the project
• Find suppliers to provide good value materials
• Find the right real estate agent to eventually market the unit
We can do all within the organization so you only ever have to deal with us.

Our objective is to not only offer for sale a small selection of legally worthwhile properties but also to research and locate plots and investments to your specific brief.
In addition, unlike the majority of other agents, we are primarily constructors and therefore take a different approach when conducting our research and selection process before listing any potential investment or real estate.
Our experience as constructors/developers allows us to only market the plots and investments that offer true potential, always with an awareness of potential re-development and construction costs. By the same token, we also know when to walk away from a project if the timescales of finaces do not stack up favourably.
