Proactive R&D

Our team is composed by Mechanical, Electronic and Software Engineers, as well as Applied Physicist senior professionals. We have broad experience in High-Technology projects and strong technical and management competencies.

Our expertise is founded in our professional experience in European Research Laboratories and Universities, as CERN (Switzerland), ESRF (France) and CSIC (Spain).

We put all our skills, knowledge and competencies to serve our customers in developing their R&D projects.

We want to contribute with our effort to the development of High-Technology Industry and R&D sector.

Services

Our core competencies are Mechanical Design for High Technology Project, such as High Precision Mechanics, UHV, New Materials and Large Experiment Infrastructure Integration.

Proactive R&D can participate in the different phases of the project: pre-design, manufacturing design, cost estimation, design reviews, manufacturing follow up, also we can provide turnkey devices based in the client specification.

Technical Knowledge and Capacity

We have proven experience in the following fields:
- Beam Instrumentation: design and procurement of devices, for example, Beam Position Monitor, Faraday Cups and Slits,

- Vacuum Technologies: complete design and procurement of vacuum pipes lines, vacuum vessels, and in-vacuum devices,

- High Precision Mechanics: design and procurement of positioning and alignment system, supports or special linear or rotational stages,

- Experimental setups: design and procurement of experimental setup, integrating different component such as beam conditioning systems, sample positioning devices and detector detectors,

- Large Infrastructures Integration: integration of complex projects within different fields such as Large Apparatus, Large Metallic Structures, Vacuum and Cryogenic Systems.
